Protein Production / Purification

We are highly experienced in:

 

• Purification of recombinant proteins from prokaryotic systems.

• Expression and solubility tested via our matrix system, incorporating variable temperature conditions and selection of competent cells, followed by up to 10L/batch grow up.

• Purification via Affinity, Ion Exchange, Hydrophobic Interaction, Hydroxyapatite and Size Exclusion Chromatography alongside Ammonium Sulphate Precipitation and Buffer Dialysis.

• Expected yield is in approximately 50mg range, dependent on expression and solubility levels.
